The world Odyssey will start on 15th March 2015 in Bordeaux.
This unique expedition aims to visit the beaches of islands located in the oceans’ 5 vortexes of trash, in order to investigate the areas around the world affected by plastic garbage polluting the oceans, and highlight its consequences on the populations.
For this Odyssey, the MOD70 Race for Water will be skippered by Stève RAVUSSIN accompanied by a crew including Claude THELIER who will get the opportunity to sail on this amazing machine. The Race for Water Team will be led by Marco SIMEONI, Race for Water Expedition leader and President of the Race for Water Foundation.
